  • 500 g tenderloin cut into cubes
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 large leek cut into slices only the white part
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh butter
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 8 Kozani Crocus flakes PDO dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water
  • Salt Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 10 sliced ​​white mushrooms

 

In a non-stick large pan put the olive oil with the leeks and onions to lightly fry them.

Add the mushrooms and Krokos Kozanis PDO, fry lightly for another 3 minutes and then add the meat and fresh butter

I add salt and pepper, I also add the paprika and as soon as it is shielded on all sides I extinguish with the wine.

Let it boil for 4 minutes and remove from the heat
