At the same time I put my water with the Krokos Kozanis PDO to heat, so that my Krokos Kozanis PDO dissolves completely
In another non-stick pan I fry my onions lightly
Season the barley with salt and pepper and add the carrots, fried onions and cherry tomatoes
add the water with the yolk, mix very well and then add another 1200 ml of cold water
Stir and boil for about 25 minutes
